NNCash Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) operates the NNCash mobile app. This page explains how to request deletion of your NNCash account and the data associated with it.
Send an email to support@nncash.xyz from the email address or with the phone number registered to your NNCash account.
Use the subject line: DELETE MY ACCOUNT
Include in the body:
We will verify your identity, then process the deletion within 30 days and email you to confirm.
Within 30 days of a verified request, we delete:
to regulatory retention
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing (CTF), tax, and other regulatory obligations applicable to financial- services providers, we are required to retain certain records even after account deletion. These include:
from the date of the last transaction.
from the date of account closure.
retained for 7 years from the date of the event.
Retained records are stored securely and access-restricted. They are not used for marketing, profiling, or shared with third parties for non-regulatory purposes. After the retention period expires, the records are permanently deleted.
Before requesting deletion, please withdraw or transfer out any remaining balance in your NNCash wallet. Account deletion will not trigger a withdrawal — any balance left at the time of deletion may not be recoverable.
A future version of the NNCash app will also let you request account deletion directly from within the app, via Settings → Account → Delete account. The same process and retention rules apply.
